WHAT HAPPENS NOW WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
Measures implemented by Sporting Club Portals Gym because of the interruption of service caused by the virus outbreak.
Due to the Real Decreto 463/2020 of the 14th of March which is of mandatory compliance, we were forced to close our facilities.
It is a very hard and delicate moment for all of us and also for the Sporting family.
However we are trying to be by your side, providing training routines and daily guided activities (live) performed by our trainers, which can followed every day through our profiles on social networks. Our intention is to offer our clients the same flexibility and service we have been giving until this difficult moment.
No charge will me made for the month of April until we reopen the gym. We are going to offer 3 different options in order to solve your doubtes about the march cuotes. So that each client can adhere to the option that is more convenient for him, taking into account the difficult situation we are going through.
Option 1
The client understands the difficult situation Sporting Bendinat is going through and DECLINES claiming the refund of the proportional part that would correspond to the period of time the gym has been closed.
Option 2
The client understands the difficult situation and requests to RECOVER the period that has not been enjoyed once the gym has reopened its doors. The client will be entitled to enjoy for a period of time that equals the period of time the gym has been closed.
Option 3
The clients request the REFUND of the proportional part that would correspond to the period of time the gym has been closed.
Take into account:

The client can request any of the options via e-mail or directly at the reception (calendar@sportingfitness.com) once we open our door again.

All the cases will be dealt with once we reopen again, because at the moment, all our staff are under a special temporary employment dossier.

The client will be able to claim the REFUND or RECOVERY during all the 2020 period. Whenever, and it will take place when the clients requests it.

If the client does not contact us claiming any of the options offered, it will be understood that the option chosen is number 1.
